There was much hype around the film LIGHTYEAR, but the film did not fare as well as Pixar thought. Tom Hanks, the voice of Woody, stated, “I don’t understand that.” Chris Evans played the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the film, which didn’t make sense to many.

In 2022, Disney Pixar decided to give Buzz Lightyear his own film, known as LIGHTYEAR, however this wouldn’t be as a toy but as a space soldier, flying through space and traveling through the universe. “Last Man Standing” actor Jet Jurgensmeyer replied to Allen’s tweet with, “YOU MADE MY DAY!” And off we go to a number 5!
